Tasos Avrantinis’s article titled “The “medieval castle” of Article 16 about private universities is not invincible” published on 6-7.08.2020 in Fileleftheros newspaper. In his article Tasos Avrantinis explores Article 16 of the Greek Constitution, witch stipulates that higher education is provided free in state institutions, and that private universities are prohibited.
