How Ioannis Kapodistrias imposed the first quarantine for a plague epidemic | Aristides Hatzis at MEGA channel

Aristides Hatzis’s interview on MEGA channel about how Ioannis Kapodistrias, the first head of state of independent Greece (1827-31),  imposed the first quarantine for a plague epidemic, shown on 25 March 2020.

Aristides Hatzis is a Professor of Philosophy of Law & Theory of Institutions at the University of Athens, and Director of Research at KEFiM. He studied law, economics, philosophy, and history and he received his doctorate degree from the University of Chicago.
